I am sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. DeCapua. Mr. DeCapua was a wonderful influence on me.The first thing he would say to us in band was "Hello Music Lovers". This gentle man played an important part of my life in music. He started me on the trumpet and here it is 55 years later & I am still playing. From Hartford Symphony, to Goodspeed to Broadway! Thanks to him my dream to be a musician came true!
