Condolence From: Linda Beyer
Condolence: Dear Nancy and Children,
I am so very sad and sorry for you and your precious children. If I could in any way lessen the pain for you-I would. I hope that your faith will carry you through this deep valley, and the memories of your precious husband and father will shine on and on to give you courage to carry on. I did not ever meet Sam but from the happiness I have witnessed in all of your beautiful smiles and personalities and the words that have been spoken by others-I am sure he was a wonderful man. God must have needed another angel named Sam to be with him in Heaven.
Sending Prayers and Love Always,
Linda Beyer

Condolence: Nancy, We were truly blessed to call Sam our friend. Words cannot express how our hearts are breaking for you, the kids, and your family. It is truly an unimaginable loss for so many. I'm not sure what we will do without the "Mayor of Thomas Street" or how we will get through without the frequent visits from the black truck and that smile and wave that fueled every day life. So many wonderful memories that we can cherish. We loved him very much. As difficult as this journey will be for you, please know how strong you are and that those children are so lucky to have you as their rock. Also know how much we love you and know that we, as well as many others, will do our best to help you through this. You are not alone. Reach out for anything, anytime. He was a lucky man to have you, those 4 wonderful kids, and your entire family to call his own. All our love.

Condolence: Very sorry for your loss. We were fortunate enough to spend time with Sam the evening he passed away. He was too young to be taken this early but may it comfort you to know he was all smiles and happy that evening. He will be missed.

Condolence: Dear Nancy,

We have two ways of remembering people who leave us and start another journey. We either cry over their absence or smile and remember them through the countless memories that have stayed with us. I'm sure Sam wants you to smile forever. He's watching you now. Stay strong, and please know that if Mary or I can help in any way, that we are there for you and your children.

Love you, Mark & Mary

Condolence: My heart goes out to you Nancy, your beloved children and Sam's entire family. While I can't say I knew your husband well, what I did know I liked very much! I met him through our mutual interest in Rebuilding Together. I had the good fortune to work with him and a few other City co-workers on a few homes. Always jovial with that infectious smile :). Knowing and working with Sam was both a pleasure and a honor I will treasure always. Take care
