Ralph Campbell Parsons
Ralph Campbell Parsons of West Hartford passed away on June 21, 2014. Ralph was a loving husband and devoted father, and is survived by his wife Barbara, children Susan Bishop of Sedona, AZ, Linda Zidonik of Micanopy, FL, John Parsons of Marblehead, MA, and James Parsons of Dorset, VT, seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was born in Providence, RI, on May 25, 1921, to the late Wallace and Jennie (Campbell) Parsons. Ralph received his BA and MBA degrees from the University of Michigan, was a management consultant and engineer, and was a WWII Army veteran who served in the Pacific. Always active, Ralph played tennis into his 80’s and had a lifelong love of dancing to big band music. Visiting hours will be held at Sheehan-Hilborn-Breen Funeral Home, 1084 New Britain Ave., West Hartford on Saturday, July 19, 2014, from 2:00 – 3:00 pm, immediately followed by a memorial service.
