Although I do not know you, I wanted to offer my condolences. I can tell you have lost a very loved and loving person. It also seems she had a strong faith in God. Faith is described at Hebrews 11:1 as “the assured expectation of things hoped for, the evident demonstration of realities though not beheld.” God’s Word the Bible sets out many comforting hopes that we can put our faith in. For example, Revelation 21:3, 4 says that God “will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” It is promises such as this that bring us more comfort than any words that we can say.
