Doris L. Pedro, 83, of West Hartford passed away in her home March 10, 2016. She was the beloved wife of the late Anthony D. Pedro. Doris was born on September 16, 1932 in Hartford, one of three children, born to the late Angelo and Louisa Iuli. She was a lifetime resident of West Hartford and graduated from Hall High School. She was a communicant of St. Brigid Church, West Hartford and a member of their Ladies Guild, Newington Knights of Columbus, and loved to bowl. A loving mother, grandmother, and great- grandmother she leaves two daughters and sons-in-law, Bruce H. and Lynn Marie Clinger of Stafford Springs and Al and Rosemarie Torromeo of West Hartford; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Maria G. Santos of Wethersfield; five grandchildren, Heather Clinger, Matthew and wife Stephanie Clinger and Anthony and Alaina Torromeo and Angela Torromeo and her fiancé, Mike Kominske; three great-grandchildren, Brian and Madeleine Clinger and Stella Phelan; many nieces and nephews and her dog "Bubba". A special thank you to Tracey. Funeral procession will be Monday, (March 14), 9:15 am from the Sheehan Hilborn Breen Funeral Home, 1084 New Britain Ave., West Hartford, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, 10:00 am in St. Brigid Church, West Hartford. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, West Hartford. Calling hours will be Sunday, (March 13), from 2 to 5 pm at the funeral home.
