Lobster Fest
The annual Arcari lobster Fest will never be the same without our Chief cook and bottle washer! Charlie never missed a lobster Fest in the 28 years it has been in existence. Early on he assumed the responsibility of doing all the prep and cooking of the corn, the muscles and clams and of course the lobsters themselves. While the assistants he trained so well over the years will no doubt carry on the tradition, somehow the lobsters will never be as sweet as they were when the Lobster Chef was in charge. As a fitting tribute to a great friend and a real gentleman, his memory and presence in our lives will be nourished anew each year at the lobster Fest by his many friends in attendance as long as we are able to carry on this great tradition that Charlie made such an important contribution to. We hope that there are lobsters in heaven and whoever is in charge listens to an expert about their preparation. We miss you very much and will always carry you in our hearts and prayers.
