You always said you never wanted us to shed any tears, it is the circle of life. I can't promise there were no tears but the circle became more clear. Now it's our turn to pass on what you taught us to our children and grandchildren. We were so blessed to have you as our mom. xo

I read this everyday..You can shed tears that she is gone, or you can smile because she has lived. You can close your eyes and pray that she'll come back, or you can open your eyes and see all she's left. Your heart can be empty because you can't see her, or you can be full of the love you shared. You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday, or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday. You can remember her only that she is gone, or you can cherish her memory and let it live on. You can cry and close your mind, be empty and turn your back. Mommy O, I miss you so much. I can't believe it's been a year. Although I know you are with me, every day is a challenge to get through. Not a day goes by where I go to call you and then realize I can't. This is so hard. You were the matriarch of our family and one of a kind. You were an amazing mother, grandmother, great grandmother, wife, aunt and best friend to me and many people. You always put everyone before yourself and were the most selfless person I know. You lead by example day after day. I miss going out with you and dad but am thankful for the memories we created. You were our angel on earth and now are our angel in Heaven. I love you with all my heart.
