I am from the Aiken community and I knew Tom as the crossing guard Mr. Tom. He always had a smile on his face. A smile that showed what a kind and giving person he was. His presence everyday was so refreshing. To my children and me he was a staple of the Aiken community. I'm so sad to hear he had to battle pancreatic cancer. My deepest condolences on your loss of such a wonderful man.
