Patricia Ann  Ambrogio (Clynch)
Patricia Ann (Clynch) Ambrogio of Unionville, formerly of Wethersfield passed away Saturday, October 13, 2012 at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center surrounded by her family. Born and raised in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Josephine (Grande) Clynch. Pat lived for many years in Wethersfield before moving to Unionville. In her early years of employment she worked at the Travelers Insurance Co. in the Actuarial Department before raising her family. Pat was an exceptional cook and loved cooking for her family… all having fond memories of the Sunday morning aroma of simmering spaghetti sauce. She is survived by her children; Joe Niedomys of Wethersfield, Laurie Niedomys of Miami, Fl and Brian Ambrogio and his fiancée Anna Brothers of Newington and an adored grandson Nicholas Ambrogio. Pat is also survived by a brother James Clynch of Wethersfield; two sisters, Shirlee Cunningham of West Hartford and Joan Czerwinski and her husband Stan of Avon and several loved nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister Gloria Maselek and her husband Stanley, a brother Thomas Clynch and a sister-in-law Lois Clynch. The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff at St. Francis Hospital for their compassionate care. Funeral procession will be Tuesday, 9:30 am from the Sheehan Hilborn Breen Funeral Home, 1084 New Britain Ave., West Hartford followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, 10:00 am in St. Patrick & St. Anthony Church, 285 Church St., Hartford. Burial will be in Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield. Calling hour will be prior to the funeral procession from 8:30 to 9:30 am at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 825 Brook St., 91 Tech Center, Rocky Hill, CT 06067 or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
