Nancy is survived by her two sons, Jeff Sweeney, wife Cindy of Bristol, IL and their children, twins Adan and Ella; Brian Sweeney of Palmyra, PA and his children Grace and Gavin. Nancy was extremely proud of her sons and grandchildren. She also leaves behind her sister Susan (Kelly) Kristofak of Farmington, CT, and several nieces and nephews.
