Mark A.  Poulin
Mark A. Poulin of East Lyme left his fantastic earthly journey on Friday August 1, 2014. He was born in Hartford on December 27, 1960; son of the late Edward and Isabelle (Highney) Poulin. As a child he attended Our Lady of Sorrows School and attended Hartford Public High. After school Mark began his career as a floor installer working for The Carpet Workshop, then McBride Carpet and other flooring companies in the Greater Hartford area for over 25 years. He later moved to East Lyme where he resided. He loved life and loved to have fun with family and friends. One of his favorite rituals was picking football games with his Uncle George every Sunday. He leaves to mourn a daughter, Laura; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Edward Poulin and Anita Calvo, Thomas Poulin and Ann Carrabba, Michael Poulin and Catherine Cooper; nieces, Layla, Alicia; nephew Anthony and many more extended family members, aunts, uncles and friends. Calling hours are Wednesday, August 6, 2014 from 5-8 p.m. at the Sheehan-Hilborn-Breen Funeral Home, 1084 New Britain Ave, West Hartford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows, 79 New Park Ave, Hartford. Everyone is asked to meet directly at church. Burial will be private.
