Obituary for Louis J. Motuzick

Louis J. Motuzick, formerly of East Hartford, was called home to God on September 3, 2013. His sisters, Jean Pinto and Blanche Shukis predeceased him. He was born and raised in West Hartford until he joined the United States Marine Corps. He retired after 20 years with the Southern New England Telephone Company and eventually moved to Palmyra, Maine where he resided with his niece and nephew. Lou was extremely friendly and loved to joke and clown around. He loved making people laugh and everyone enjoyed being around him. He leaves behind a sister, Evelyn Kida, his companion dog, “Gigi”, a very special niece and nephew, Bobbi and “Moe” Parent of Palmyra, Maine and several other nieces and nephews. After a private funeral at the Sheehan Hilborn Breen Funeral Home, West Hartford, he was laid to rest on September 9, 2013 at Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield.
