I'm so sadden to hear about Kathleen's passing. I truly miss talking to her. She taught me how to be the teacher I am today. I will never forget how I was in the school's office asking if they needed a student teacher, and she popped her head in, and said, "You're mine!" Not only was she my mentor, but a great friend too.
