My sincere condolences to Maggie, Frank Jr. and the entire Ruotolo family. We couldn't have asked for a more caring & kind neighbor than Frank.
I will dearly miss our talks about UConn hoops, the Yankees-Red Sox rivalry and our Woodlands community (which Frank cared about so deeply.)
God bless him and his family.
