Condolence: I had the great privilege of working closely with Frank as part of the AFS Falls Village Chapter. Frank worked tirelessly to promote peace in our world through the AFS student cultural exchanges, and was a prominent leader in international education. His positive energy and true goodness have changed many lives throughout the northwest corner of CT. and beyond. He was a great educator, and a wonderful person.
