Obituary for Elizabeth Matt (Barnash)

Elizabeth (Barnash) Matt, 84, of West Hartford, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 4, 2015. Born in Ansonia, she has lived in West Hartford for many years. Prior to her retirement, she was employed at the Emhart Corporation. She was a communicant of the Church of St. Helena, West Hartford. Elizabeth is survived by two daughters, Tracy Matt and Andrea Matt Griffin and her husband, Kevin all of West Hartford; a sister Antoinette Rogowski of Shelton and a granddaughter Randa Paige Griffin. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday,(October 8) at 11:00 am at the Church of St. Helena, Echo Lane West Hartford. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, West Hartford. Calling hors will be prior to the funeral mass from 9:15 to 10:15 am at the Sheehan Hilborn Breen Funeral Home, 1084 New Britain Ave., West Hartford.
