Obituary for Elaine M. Cote (Kelly)

Elaine (Kelly) Cote, 82 of Farmington beloved wife of the late Roger A. Cote died Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at Hartford Hospital. Elaine was born in Hartford on July 20, 1932 to the late Leo and Marie Kelly. Elaine attended Bay Path College. She lived in Farmington for 50 years Elaine was employed by the State of Connecticut at UConn Medical Center. She was a devoted mother to her sons, David R. Cote and his wife Shirlyn of Somerset, NJ, Steven C. Cote and his wife Catherine of Farmington; and her daughter, Leanne Cote of Farmington. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Richard Berube, Dylan Cote and Daniel Cote.
Calling hours will be Thursday from 5-7 pm at Sheehan-Hilborn-Breen Funeral Home, 1084 New Britain Ave, West Hartford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday 10 am St Mary Star of the Sea Church, Unionville. Everyone is asked to go directly to church. Burial be in St Mary's Cemetery, Avon. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 20 Batterson Park Road, Farmington, CT 06032.
