Eileen C. Guinan (Matteson) 57, of West Hartford, died Saturday, November 10, 2012 at her home. Born in Hartford, daughter of the late Francis M. Sr., and Jean (Zongol) Guinan, she lived in West Hartford most of her life and was a communicant of St. Thomas the Apostle Church. Eileen was employed with MRC, the Law Office of Susan Halperin and Dalton’s Pub. She treasured the times she spent with her family and friends and is survived by her beloved brother and four sisters, Francis M. Guinan, Jr., Mary Ann Levander and her husband Rockey, Veronica Rogers, Teresa Ward and her husband Skip all of West Hartford and Patricia Anderson of Florida; her adored nephews and niece, Michael Guinan and his wife Sylvia and their children, Grayson, Olivia and Sophia, David Levander, Matthew Levander and his wife Shana, Ryan Ward and his girlfriend Ginger Mills and Elizabeth Levander and her fiancé Tony Ippolito. She is also survived by her aunts, many cousins and friends. Eileen was predeceased by a brother Thomas J. Guinan, a sister Kathleen J. Hoyt and many aunts and uncles. Family and friends will gather for a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, Nov. 16 at 11:00 am in St. Thomas the Apostle Church, West Hartford. Burial will be in Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield.
