Obituary for Americo Figueiredo

Americo Figueiredo, 77, of Hartford, passed away Sunday, January 12, 2014. Americo was born in Portugal, son of the late Manuel and Emilia Figueiredo. Prior to his retirement, Americo was the owner of the Madison Cafe in Hartford. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brothers, Augusto and Manuel and a sister Deolinda. He is survived by his sister Maria Flor and a brother Alberto; along with numerous nieces and nephews all in Portugal. Funeral Services will be Thursday, January 16, 10:00 am at the Sheehan Hilborn Breen Funeral Home, 1084 New Britain Ave., West Hartford. Burial will be in Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield. Calling hour will be prior to the Service beginning at 9:00 am at the funeral home.
