Obituary for Zulmira Emilia Santo Barros
Zulmira Emilia Santo Barros, 79, of Wethersfield, beloved wife of the late Jose H. Barros, passed away on Thursday, January 28, 2021. Born in Regenga da Parada, Caldas de Rainha, Portugal, she came to the Hartford area in 1966 and resided in Wethersfield for 30 years.
Prior to her retirement she was employed at Hartford Hospital. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Diane Santo Barros and Americo Silva of Wethersfield; her cherished granddaughter, Sarah Rosalina Barros Silva and sister and brother-in-law Elizabeth and Joaquim Baltazar of Denver, NC.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday (Feb. 3) at 11:00 a.m., Our Lady of Fatima Church, Hartford followed by a burial at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Hartford.
