Vasco Tavares DeJesus, 79, of Hartford, beloved husband of Idalina (DaSilvia) DeJesus, died on Saturday, December 15, 2018. Born in Val-Maior, Portugal, he was a resident of Hartford for many years and a member of Our Lady of Fatima Church, Hartford.
Besides his wife, he is survived by two daughters and son-in-law, Sara and Joe Portal of West Hartford and Sidonia and Scott Holley of North Granby; four grandchildren, Sabrina and Anthony Portal and Vanessa and Adrianna Holley; a sister-in-law, Alice Tavares of West Hartford and a brother-in-law, Joao DaSilva of Portugal.
