Rose Blanche “Memere” Rodrigue Veilleux age 90 and 8 months, passed away peacefully January 30, 2021, at St. Francis Hospital. Rose Blanche was born in St. Ephrem de Beauce Que, Canada on May 30, 1930. She was married to love of her life, Robert Veilleux for 65 years prior to his death in 2010. Rose Blanche loved people, most especially the family she has created with her beloved Robert.

Rose Blanche was a hard worker and loved helping others and welcomed everyone with an open heart into her home. She loved to cook and sew and make fudge for all her little ones. She was the light of her family and through much pain and suffering always gave of herself never asking for anything in return. She had to leave us this day but leaves us with many memories, we will continue to love and miss her from this day forward, until we meet again.

Rose Blanche is survived by the three children, Lina and Claude Bougie, Carroll and Lucy Veilleux and Denise and Berthier Fillion. Also, her eight grandchildren, Denis, Sandy, Michel and Marquis Bougie, Kathy and Eric Veilleux, Sgt. Jonathan Fillion and Jeffrey Fillion, as well as her adored 16 great grandchildren; four sisters, Candide, Reina, Therese, Micheline; two brothers Robert and Marc; seven sister-in-laws and many nieces and nephews.
