Rosaire L. Brodeur, 84, of West Hartford, beloved husband of Germaine (Raymond) Brodeur died Friday, February 28, 2020. Born in St. Hugues Canada, son of the late George and Blanche Brodeur, and came to Hartford 1957 and lived in West Hartford for 40 years.

Rosaire retired from Royal Typewriter and The Connecticut State Library after 30 years of service. He was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Church, West Hartford. He was also a Grand Knight at Knights of Columbus Council 10267 holding office of District Deputy District 11.

Besides his wife; Rosaire leaves his son Andre Rosaire Brodeur of West Hartford; his sister Marianne Beaudry of Canada; his brothers Gilles Brodeur of Newington, Gustave Brodeur of Granby, and Constant Brodeur of Canada. He also leaves several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother George Brodeur; and his sisters Monique Simoneau, and Yolande Paquette.

Rosaire's Funeral Mass will be Saturday, March 7, at 10:00AM St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 872 Farmington Ave., West Hartford. Calling hours will be 9:00-10:00AM at the church. Burial will be private.
