Riccardo Galli, 87, of West Hartford, beloved husband of Anna (Leone) Galli, died peacefully on Monday, March 17, 2014 at Aurora Healthcare in New Britain. He was born on October 9, 1926 in Ancona, Italy, son of the late Pietro and Francesa (Serafini) Galli. Riccardo was a mason by trade and worked very hard to provide for his family. He loved working in his fruit and vegetable garden. Besides his wife Anna, he leaves a daughter Marilyn and her husband Frank, a grandson Joseph Richard Izzo; a sister-in-law Giuseppina, and a niece Maria Gracia; members of the Leone, Gallo, Izzo families and many relatives and friends. He is predeceased by a brother Davide Galli. Funeral procession will be Thursday, 9:00 am from the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Our Lady of Sorrows Church, Hartford. Entombment will be in Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield.
