Patricia (O'Connell) Konopka, 89, of Hartford, beloved wife of the late Wesley F. Konopka, passed away on Saturday, September 15, 2018.
Born in Thomaston, ME, she has lived in the Hartford area all her life. Prior to her retirement in 1969, she was an Emergency Room Supervisor at Hartford Hospital.
She is survived by her son, Thomas A. Konopka and her grandson, Daniel Konopka. Patricia was predeceased by a son, Mark D. Konopka.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday, (Sept.29), 10:00 am at St. Lawrence O'Toole Church, 494 New Britain Ave., Hartford. Burial will be private. Online condolences may be made at www.SheehanHilbornBreen.com
