Mr. Pablo Torres (88) of Hartford, passed away peacefully on Christmas evening (December 25, 2019). Don Pablo, as known by many family and friends, was the husband of the beautiful and late Bernanbela Torres. They were married for 56 years and he is survived by 10 children: Confesor, Luz, Angel, Felipe, Enelida, Maria, Yolanda, Sonia, Iran and Jamira. Don Pablo also leaves a legacy of 23 grandchildren and multiple great-grandchildren. Don Pablo was a devoted husband and was committed to the care of his family. He was an honored foster parent to many foster children entrusted to him by the State of CT Department of Children and Families. Most of all, he will be remembered for his kindness and generosity to his family and friends. The Torres Family invites all family and friends to the celebration of his life on Sunday, December 29, from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. at Sheehan-Hilborn-Breen Funeral Home, 1084 New Britain Avenue, West Hartford and his funeral mass will be on Monday, December 30, at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Hartford. Don Pablo will be laid to rest at the Silver Lane Cemetery at 1280 Silver Lane, East Hartford, CT. Papi and Abuelo we will miss you immensely and will hold you in our hearts.
