The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Nilde Console can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Dear Richard and Maria,
I was so very sorry to hear of the death of your mother, Nilde. She was a very sweet and loving woman and she will be greatly missed by all who were lucky enough to have known her. I knew of her through our sprawling family and got to know her better through the wonderful family reunions she held at her home. I know this is an incredibly hard time to go through but please have some comfort in knowing how blessed you have been to have had her so many years in your life. My deepest sympathy to you and your entire family.

Condolence: Nilde meant a great deal to me and my family, she was one of the most possitive and influential person that i have come in contact with, her advice on so many issues meant a great deal to me. i will miss her terribly and the long talks we had about everything. she guided me on so many levels such as cooking, family, her family and what was really importaint about these. you have been so fortunate to have her guidence and generousity much longer then I did, but i am so glad we met at school and talked everyday. my prayers and thoughts are with you during this difficult time.
courgaly,

Condolence: Nilde had a heartwarming smile and a wonderfully sweet and calming spirit. The students and teachers of St. Brigid CCD where she taught for the last five years, will surely miss the presence with which she has enriched and graced us. May God hold you dearly in His warm embrace, Nilde. Prayers and condolences to the Console family.

Condolence: Nilde will be greatly missed. She always had a smile and kind word, and was very much loved at St. Brigid's Ladies' Guild. I knew whenever I needed to find her she would be in the kitchen making coffee or placing pastry on the platters--getting everything in order to make it special for all of the guild members. When I think of Nilde I think of the love she had for her family and the love she gave to others. Her legacy here at the Guild will not be forgotten.

Condolence: I grew up in West Hartford and lived with my family on Beechwood Road. Nilde was a long time neighbor who was always so kind and pleasant to talk to and visit with. Nilde always shared a warm smile and friendly conversation. She will be missed by all of her neighbors and friends. Our deepest sympathies to her family.

Condolence: Dear Richard and Maria,

Words cannot express the sorrow I feel for your loss. Richard, my cousin, we all know your unending devotion to your mom, and how much she loved you and Maria.
Auntie Nilde was the most loving, caring and giving person in the world. She loved her family and her friends and her giving and caring never ended.

Please accept my deepest sorrow for this shocking and sad loss of your mom and my auntie Nilde.
My love and encouragement to you, that auntie will be in heaven with your dad, my uncle Joe.
