She was adored and cherished by her grandson and five granddaughters, each of whom occupied their own special and unique place in her heart (TJ, 24; Kayla, 22; Leah, 18; Melissa, 18; Jessica, 16 and Isabella, 12). She will be remembered by her family for her profound devotion to God and her endless Roman Catholic faith. Her family will fondly remember her humor, her humble ways and her love of sweets. But above all, her legacy will be about her generosity of love toward her family. Lisbeth was born in Pereira, Colombia in 1937 to Jorge Orozco and Ana Fransisca Palau. Growing up in Colombia, she loved living on farms, riding horses and spending time with her brothers and sisters. She married in 1960 and together with her husband moved to the United States where they raised their family in Newington. Lisbeth worked in the insurance industry for twenty years in Hartford.
