John Joseph Savonis, Jr., 54, of Windsor Locks, beloved husband of Jo-Ann Pinto-Savonis, passed away on Monday, May 9, 2022. John was born in Hartford, to the late Margaret (Hitchcock) and John Savonis, Sr. He grew up in West Hartford, graduated from Conard High School and has lived in Windsor Locks with his family for the past 28 years. John was a retired surveyor with the State of Connecticut, Department of Transportation. He especially loved to attend the local car shows and was an active member of United Methodist Church, West Hartford.

Besides his wife Jo-Ann, John leaves behind his stepdaughter Nicole Loos and husband John; sister, Darlene M. Savonis; grandchildren, William and Haleigh Loos; nephew, Derek Benson and niece Demaris Savonis.
