Jeffrey Krick Lundberg passed away on the morning of April 20, 2022. Jeff was born on November 11, 1954, in Hartford, CT to Janice Krick and Edward Lundberg. After high school, Jeff went into the Merchant Marines and later joined the Seabees division of the U.S. Navy. In recent years, Jeff lived in East Otis, MA with his many dog rescues.

Jeff loved animals, particularly dogs. During the day, many local dogs could be found at his house while their owners were at work. Friends and family playfully nicknamed Jeff the dog whisperer, as he showed an uncanny ability to communicate with them.

Jeff leaves behind his two sisters, Paula Mercier and Lisa King; three nephews, Michael Mercier, Alex Mercier and Edward King; two nieces, Jessica Mercier and Vivien King and his grand-nephew, Louis Morgan Braiewa.

A Celebration of Jeff’s Life will be held on Monday, May 9, 2022, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the Sheehan Hilborn Breen Funeral Home, 1084 New Britain Avenue, West Hartford.
