James A. Spielman, 80, of West Hartford passed away peacefully on January 21, 2019. He was born in Bristol, CT in 1938. He is survived by his daughter Ann (Tyler) Merritt, son-in-law Joe Mangene, grandchildren Jessica (Adam) Federspiel, and James (D'Arcy) Merritt and numerous loved ones. He is preceded in death by his wife Carol (Smialek), brother Richard Spielman, sister Anna Greenblatt, and daughter Vicky Mangene.
