Hazel (Nazlien) Howard,92, of West Hartford, beloved wife of the late Joseph M. Howard, passed away on Wednesday, December 12, 2018. Born in Hartford, she was daughter of the late Hogup and Grace (Westhaver) Nazlien and came from a family of 10 children. She was a avid gardener, reader and enjoyed puzzles. Hazel was always the first up to dance at a party. She is survived by her devoted sons, Joseph, Jeffrey, John and Jerald Howard.
Funeral Service will be Tuesday, (December 18), 11:00 am at the Sheehan Hilborn Breen Funeral Home, 1084 New Britain Ave., West Hartford. Burial will be private. Calling hours are Monday, (December 17), from 4 to 7 pm at the funeral home.
