Obituary for Glenna June Niro (Lee)
Glenna June (Lee) Niro, 91 of Newington, CT, passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2020 at St. Francis Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents Nathan Orin Lee and Pearl (Dean) Lee; her brothers Nathan and Asahel Lee; sisters-in-law, Catherine Lee, Julia Lee, Florence Niro, and Katherine Santos; and brothers-in-law John and Dominic Niro.
She is survived by her husband Francesco A. Niro of 67 years; her daughter Katherine Hlavaty and son-in-law Paul; her daughter Mary Grant and son-in-law Jim; her grandchildren, Lauren Hlavaty, Paul Hlavaty and Joanne, Jaclyn Newman and Andrew, Nicole Grant and Olivia Bannister-Grant, and Gina Grant; her great granddaughters, Savannah and Lilliana Hlavaty and Emma Kate Newman; her sister Beverly Dutko; her brother Fred Lee; and nieces and nephews.
There will be a private graveside interment at a later date.
