Condolence: My wife Janet and I want to tell you all how sorry we were to hear about Dottie's passing. I was a colleague of Dottie's for many years at LIMRA - she was, as Pat described so well at the funeral, a woman of great intellect and accomplishment who never felt it necessary to tell anyone how smart she really was - her humility and modesty were remarkable. She also had a terrific sense of humor, and took great joy in all her colleagues and friends. WE will all miss her very, very much. ( And Pat, what a great eulogy - thanks!)

Condolence: My sincere sympathy to the family. Dottie was a very long time friend and we shared a mutual love of the Osu Buckeyes. When we worked in the Psych department we had a group of loyal supporters who went to the games, out to eat and then tried to stay awake to watch the Woody Hayes show. We also made trips to ball parks, Sea World and whatever struck our fancy. Dottie made the trips so much fun, we would laugh until our sides hurt. I will surely miss hearing from her and receiving her book gifts. She was a wonderful friend and an inspiration to me!
