Anna (Leone) Galli, 91, of West Hartford, beloved wife of the late Riccardo Galli for 56 years, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 28, 2023. Born on November 13, 1931 in Palazzolo Acreide, Sicily, Italy, daughter of Santo and Lidia (Amadore) Leone.

Anna was predeceased by her husband, Riccardo; her brother, Biagio Leone; her sister, Concettina and her brother-in-law, Umberto Gallo.

Anna was devoted to her family, she worked very hard to provide for them. She loved to cook, especially homemade recipes and enjoyed the family gatherings. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Sorrows Church.

Anna leaves behind her sisters, Dora and Silvana; her daughter, Marilyn and her husband Frank; her grandson, Joseph, wife Kaylee and great-grandson, Anthony; along with members of the Leone, Galli, Gallo and Izzo families and numerous relatives and friends.

Calling hours will be Wednesday, (August 2), from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the Sheehan Hilborn Breen Funeral Home, 1084 New Britain Avenue, West Hartford, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, Hartford.
