Aida Luz Cruz, 53 of Hartford, died Sunday, October 16, 2022. Born in Hartford, Aida lived in the area all her life. She was employed by Hartford HealthCare for 17 years. Aida was an avid reader of urban books who also loved going on day trips and eating at various multi-ethnic restaurants. She enjoyed attending family gatherings and special events.

Aida leaves behind her mother, Clara; sons, Angel III and Tyler; grandsons Angel IV and Adryan; sister, Sandra; brother, Jose and his wife Flora; and sister, Clara and her husband Arend. She also leaves behind two nieces and many nephews. Aida was predeceased by her brother Ismael.

Calling hours will be Friday, (October 28) from 10:15 a.m. to 12:00 noon at Sheehan Hilborn Breen Funeral Home, 1084 New Britain Avenue, West Hartford.
