Francis A. Arbuglio, 67, of West Hartford, died Wednesday, December 21, 2016. Born in Hartford, son of the late Francis J. and Katherine (Donoghue) Arbuglio, he was a resident of West Hartford most of his life and a longtime communicant of Our Lady of Sorrows Church, Hartford. Besides his parents, Francis was predeceased by a brother, Joseph F. Arbuglio. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, February 7, at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, Hartford. Burial will follow in Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield. There are no calling hours. The Sheehan Hilborn Breen Funeral Home has care of the arrangements.
