Carol Ann Livingston, 73, of Waterbury, formerly of West Hartford, died Monday October 3, 2016. Born in Hartford, daughter of the late Louis E. and Helen (Hansen) Livingston and grew up in West Hartford. Carol is survived by her sisters, Janet B. Mermegas of West Hartford, Pamela J. Kummer of Loveland, CO., Helen M. Mezzanotte of Southington, a brother Mark Livingston of Enfield. Carol also leaves several nieces and nephews. The funeral and burial were private.
