Shana Elizabeth Duffy, 39, died peacefully on Wednesday, August 17, 2016. She was born in Hartford, CT on September 3, 1976 to the late Laurie Duffy. Shana was a sweet and caring woman who overcame many challenges with a buoyant spirit. She always had a kind word to say, a smile to give and a hug if you needed one. She was loved by her friends and family and will be dearly missed. Shana was predeceased by her mother, Laurie Duffy and her Grandparents, James P. Duffy and Veronica (Kelly) Duffy. She is survived by her loving Aunt Maryellen Duffy and her partner Romulo Lima, and her Uncles Peter Duffy and Bobby Duffy who loved her very much. She also leaves a cousin, Allison Froggatt and her husband Steve and their two children, Carter and Sydney. Funeral services were private. Rest in peace Shana. You will forever be in our hearts.
